GCS-100 Static Rail Weighbridge for Accurate Rail Car Weighing
The GCS-100 static rail weighbridge is a high-stability, high-precision weighing system designed for static measurement of standard four-axle railway freight cars. It delivers reliable, OIML Class III accuracy for commercial transactions, bulk material loading control, and high-value cargo verification in steel mills, coal preparation plants, grain terminals, and other industrial railway operations.
Key performance specifications include a maximum capacity of 100 tonnes, a division value of 20 kg, and a standard track gauge of 1.435 m. The weighbridge is available with weighing rail lengths ranging from 7 m to 13 m, or as a segmented 13 m + 3 m configuration to accommodate rail car lengths from 1.1 m to 1.6 m change-length, ensuring accurate static weighing across mixed fleet profiles.
The weighing platform features a sandblasted, gas-shielded welded steel structure for long-term dimensional stability and durability. Bridge-type load cells serve as the weight conversion element, and users can choose between analog or digital sensor options based on site requirements. The industrial-grade multi-channel weighing indicator supports separate sensor inputs for simplified fault diagnosis and integrates anti-cheat functionality to safeguard measurement integrity.
For system integration, the GCS-100 offers multiple signal output interfaces for seamless connection with DCS, PLC, and plant-level management systems. The indicator can also connect to multiple scales for combined weighing operations and supports analog and digital load cells simultaneously. Standard functions include tare, accumulation, storage, weight verification, printing, digital calibration, and configurable zero-tracking and filtering parameters.
Installation options include pitless and shallow-pit foundations. The system operates reliably across indoor and outdoor industrial environments, making it a practical choice for railway freight metering where precision, durability, and data reliability are essential.
