Product Overview
The CL-YB-51-2 rail pad type weighing sensor is a product specially developed for the Ministry of Railways, possessing multiple independent intellectual property rights and protected by national patents. It is designed for pit-free and rail-unbroken track weighing systems (rail weighers, overload and unbalance load detection) for various light rails, heavy rails, and crane rails. This sensor features high natural linearity, excellent impact resistance, and long-term stability. Its core indicators, such as service life and application reliability, are significantly better than similar foreign products. Relevant scientific research institutes under the Ministry of Railways have fully adopted this series of sensors to replace similar imported products since 2004. Since the 1990s, this sensor has been applied in the Railway Science Research Institute, as well as in the track weighing and lifting equipment weighing systems of large and medium-sized enterprises in the iron and steel, metallurgy, coking, mining, and other industries, such as Baosteel, Ansteel, Benxi Steel, and Taigang. It provides mature solutions for domestic customers of pit-free and rail-unbroken (including special crane rail) track weighing systems and weighing instrument manufacturers, pioneering the development of pit-free and rail-unbroken track weighing devices for crane rails.
