QJ1024 Industrial Weighing Terminal — Programmable Weighing Controller for Batching and Packaging
The QJ1024 is a programmable industrial weighing terminal that integrates weighing control, programmable logic control, and relay outputs into a single compact unit. It is engineered to execute complex weighing and control sequences with high accuracy and repeatability, making it a versatile core component for quantitative packaging scales, batching systems, checkweighers, and weight transmitters.
Programmable control for complex weighing sequences. The terminal supports setpoint control, sorting, and batching functions, with configurable single-speed, dual-speed, triple-speed, or multi-stage feed control. It also handles jogging, bag clamping, bag tapping, vacuum extraction, and other auxiliary operations, adapting to the specific sequence requirements of each weighing process.
High-resolution A/D conversion with fast stabilization. The A/D input range spans -40 mV/V to +40 mV/V, with an internal resolution of 1/1,000,000 and a conversion rate of 100 conversions per second. Non-linearity is maintained below 0.003% FS, and gain drift is typically 2 PPM/°C. Advanced anti-vibration and fast-stabilization algorithms ensure stable weight display and rapid settling times even under dynamic loading conditions.
Rugged electrical design for industrial environments. The terminal has been tested against 8000V electrostatic discharge, 4500V electrical fast transients, surge, and electromagnetic field interference, ensuring reliable operation in electrically noisy industrial sites. It provides a DC 5V sensor excitation supply (I > 200 mA) capable of supporting up to six 350 Ω load cells in parallel.
Flexible I/O and communication. Standard input resources include 4 or 8 digital inputs, while output options comprise 4–20 mA analog output, RS485 serial communication, and 4 or 8 relay outputs. The compact housing measures 160 mm × 85 mm × 100 mm with a panel cutout of 152 mm × 76 mm, suitable for control cabinet integration.
