Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Solution

End-to-end megawatt charging architecture for electric heavy-duty trucks — from MCS power cabinets and liquid-cooled dispensers to energy storage, cloud platforms and fleet management.

Product Overview

An integrated “vehicle–charger–grid” charging architecture for electrified heavy-duty transport. The portfolio spans every layer of a depot or corridor site: all-in-one multi-standard chargers, centralised power cabinets, liquid-cooled MCS dispensers, liquid-cooled energy storage, payment terminals and cloud-based energy, fleet and analytics platforms.

Because power conversion is centralised and dispensers are separated from the cabinet, sites can phase expansion as the fleet grows — from a first 80 kW unit up to a 1012 kW MCS power cabinet serving ten outlets — without replacing the upstream infrastructure.

Charging Product Portfolio

  • All-In-One multi-standard charger — 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 kW
  • Centralised power cabinet — up to 800 kW
  • MCS power cabinet — up to 1012 kW, V2G capable
  • Fast charging dispenser — 200 A / 250 A / 300 A
  • Liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging dispensers — 500 A and 1500 A (MCS)
  • Liquid-cooled energy storage cabinet — 125 kW / 261 kWh

Digital Platforms

  • AI-powered analytics platform — AI and big-data analytics for IoT, after-sales and operational decision support.
  • Energy management platform — intelligently manages EV charging and optimises energy distribution efficiency across the vehicle–charger–grid architecture.
  • Fleet management platform — smart access to full fleet management; the cloud platform remotely controls and monitors fleet charging and vehicle status.
  • Four-layer architecture — device layer, power layer, cloud platform layer and payment layer (app, RFID, POS), with charging monitoring, photovoltaic and smart energy integration.

Applicable Scenarios

  • Private heavy-duty fleets — high-frequency operation, limited maintenance personnel, high corrosion.
  • Port and steel-mill yard tractors — high-frequency operation, automation, salt corrosion.
  • Open-pit mining trucks — dust, temperature extremes, shift-based charging.
  • Long-haul trucks and highway service areas — ultra-fast charging, mixed fleets, phased expansion.
