NS-DC-PANTO-INV

Inverted Pantograph Charging System (300–720 kW)

Overhead inverted pantograph charging for e-buses: 300–720 kW power cabinet, 500 A / 850 A pantograph output, charging in 3 to 6 minutes with WiFi data exchange.

An overhead charging solution for battery-electric buses and heavy fleets: the pantograph descends from above, the vehicle parks underneath, and charging completes in 3 to 6 minutes — instantaneous charging within the working day, with no cabin-space or cable-handling burden on the driver.

The power cabinet scales from 300 kW to 720 kW with pantograph output of 500 A or 850 A, dynamic power sharing between two parking positions, inter-lock function design and a self-adjustment pantograph head that tolerates vehicle stop-position variance. WiFi communication handles the data exchange between cabinet and pantograph.

Charging estimator: 100 km of range in about 10 minutes at 300 kW and about 5 minutes at 600 kW. Intended for fleets, highway corridors and stations.
