A space-saving split charging system built around a liquid-cooled cable that keeps CCS currents up to 500 A manageable: 100 km of range in less than 3 minutes for a passenger car, without the thick, stiff cables of conventional high-power chargers.
The architecture separates a 240–360 kW power cabinet from a slim dispenser, so cabinet space stays constant while charging power scales. The design is suited for current and next-generation EVs with high-voltage platforms, and retains the full protection, MID metering and OCPP 1.6J connectivity of the DC charger family.
Intended for fleets, highway corridors, public stations and retail sites where charging time — not floor space — is the binding constraint.
